Check out a new blog post about using AI to identify fake cosmetics. I found that Google Gemini is surprisingly good at identifying counterfeit cosmetics based on photos of their packaging, but poor quality control by legitimate manufacturers can cause AI to mistakenly claim that real products are fake.
